Sarah has been in the early childhood industry for close to 20 years. She strongly believes that all children are active learners and learn best when they are engaged. She believes activities should be fun, engaging and explorative. Children should get their hands dirty and have fun in the process. Ample opportunities should be given to the children to explore, experiment and try things independently under the teachers’ guidance.
Sarah also works very closely with her team in the delivery of the curriculum and acts as a mentor to her dedicated team.
